Marketing Intern

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Maintain Social Media Campaigns and editorial calendars
  • Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI

Utility Analyst

Utility Analysts analyze and compare national utility programs that include water, lighting, HVAC and other energy usages. They are instrumental in our cost/savings client process.

Business Analyst

Our Business Analysts are responsible for gathering information about your building and facility operations. Each Business Analyst identifies areas in need of improvement, suggests or supports solutions using statistical analysis, while tracking the progress of solutions.

Project Manager

Our Project Managers plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of our clients specific projects. They typically work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. 

Senior Consultant

Our Senior Consultants acquire data from our Business and Utility Analysts and make the most strategic decisions on how our clients can either retain "found money", or cut down facility costs. Our Senior Consultants are comprised of professional, seasoned executives that work in the energy sector.

Tax Consultant

Our Tax Consultants are experts in tax law, planning and compliance. They serve our clients by staying current on new tax law and positioning our clients for short and long term tax optimization. While tax consultants can help prepare tax returns, they also often work closely with our clients throughout the year to ensure client tax liability is minimized.

Finance Consultant

Our Financial Analysts provide guidance to our clients and individuals making investment decisions pertaining to energy efficient products, strategies or costs. They assess the ROI and other types of energy investments that impact the building overhead and performance.

Engineer

We have a variety of professional Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers on staff.
